Dear DaddyO,
Problem #1: When we receive an hysterical letter from the HOA informing us of ridiculous violations, PLEASE don't throw the letter away. My first thought upon reading this letter was "This will make a perfect Letter of Intent!"
Since I didn't memorize the entire violation, I needed to refer back to this letter for my post. In an attempt to remedy the situation, I had to email the Compliance Coordinator for our HOA and ask if I could please get a copy of the letter. I did not think she would understand why I needed another letter when you had already taken care of the problem!
Problem #2: After receiving a 2nd copy of the violation letter, PLEASE do not delete the email! Now I don't have the proper information to adequately write my Letter of Intent for the second week in a row!
These problems have forced me to include you in my blog post for today!
Love,
Your wife who obviously needs to be more clear about her blogging needs and wants!
p.s. Thanks for playing along, DaddyO, and pre-approving this letter so I wouldn't have to skip Julie's meme this week. Everyone knows that it was impossible for you to know I would want to save a Compliance Violation letter!
Go visit Julie at Foursons for more Letters of Intent.

I would love to hear the violation I am sure it is something rediculous like you left yoru newspaper on your doostep for more than two hours, ha!
Have a great weekend!
Oh I now need to know what violation you had! And Kim I hope its not a news paper!!!! I think this is why I am glad we bought an older house... (we dont pick up our news papers most of the time!)
Oh my gosh- that is HILARIOUS! I love that you saw something and immediately thought of my LOI's. Bawahahahaha.
You'll have to tell hubby to clear it with you in the future when he feels the need to throw away and/or delete something.
Thanks for being so creative in your letter today and linking up!
I still don't know what HOA means.
Too funny. Personally I love it when I can blog about the hubs. LOL What on earth did you do to get two notices or letters?
Men just dont get it! They just dont realize how important these things are to bloggers.
LOL!! Sounds like something that would happen in my house!!
haha... Isnt that funny how now with blogging...events in life tend to go through a "blogger's filter or eye"...
I find myself thinking *hm...that would be great to post about* My hubby even has called something "off limits to posting" haha, even before I utter a word...
Blessings & Aloha!
Visiting from Julie's blog. That is too funny. Makes me wonder what the violation was. My husband would have done the same thing.
so what'd ya'll do?! big VIOLATORS!! hehe
Hilarious. What did you violate? (Yes, I know, I'm totally nosy!)
Your husband's a good sport!
That is too funny!
I'm with everyone else now... what on earth did you do that warranted a letter?
And your husband oughta know by now that goofy things have to pass the blog-unworthiness before being tossed :)
(by the way - we once got an HOA letter about the weeds in strip of grass next to the sidewalk... turns out THEIR landscapers were not pulling them... yeah - the ones paid for by our HOA dues. I kindly pointed it out before shredding the letter :)
LOL
I used to play my music really loud all the time, during the DAY.
For many months I went on like that. Finally my neighbor knocked on the door, bitching. Something aobu her husband working nights and having to sleep during the day...whatever.
I told my husband about he says: "OH yeah, we got a letter many months ago from the HOA to lower the music, or something."
"You're telling me NOW???!!"
"I didn't think it was a big deal"
Apparently, HOA was planning ot kick us out of the neihborhood by then!
