Blog Hop - Favorite Recipes

This recipe is really one of my favorites. It is SO easy and SO yummy! My kids LOVE them. I even whipped some up one morning BEFORE school! Enjoy!

Pumpkin Muffins
1 c flour
1 c sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
2 eggs, beaten
1 c ground pumpkin (canned)
1/2 c cooking oil
1/3 c chocolate chips (I like mini chips)

Mix together. Fill muffin cups and bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes. The recipe and photo are from Becky Higgins' website.

And now for an installment of Daisy Week. I take the pictures in the family, so if I want pictures with the kids, I usually take them myself. Here are my attempts at photos with Miss Daisy:

Baby Mine

I tucked a napkin in to her white outfit so I wouldn't spill bbq beef on it.

Ok...I had tried to find a blog that I didnt already leave a comment on haha

(how did iI miss this one?)

first...mmmm... will need to make some...we love pumpkin anything around here.

Yay for photos with mom in them!... I am also usually behind the camera. Great photos...do you have some with you an each of your little ones when they were itty-bitty? (I love that you thought about the possibility of spilling BBQ on her, so you covered her) :o)

So, I tried to email you, instead of fill up your comment's space. But I have learned that I can NOT send back a reply to "noreply" that shows up when I click on your name. so, here I am... thank you for commenting on part 2... Aren't the amount of fish in Hanauma Bay... amazing! So many!

Oh how fun to get to the beach...will your whole family go? Hmmm what desert? I graduated years and years ago in NewMexico...in a desert basin area.

Better go! Gee...my comments are as long as my posts! I have to quit that!
