TYVM - Eyebrow, Alarms and Garbage

The Daily Dribbles

Courtesy of Kmama

To my eyebrow for requiring wax and painful strips for me to be seen in public. And once I have separated you, leaving me with an attractive rash/acne in the area where you used to reside. You are making it impossible for me to leave the house, Thank You Very Much!

To DaddyO for requiring 2 alarms in order to get out of bed in the morning, Thank You Very Much. First is his alarm clock that begins blaring at 5am, full blast and never exactly on a station. DaddyO does not lift an eyelid! The second alarm is ME kicking him in the back telling him to turn the hideous noise OFF! I don't need to wake up until 6am, Thank You Very Much! (once again, pre-approved by DaddyO. He told me "You're Welcome!")

Thank you very much to the automatic trash can in our bathroom for getting a stick up its sensor and flipping out just as I had gotten comfortable in bed. After trying to ignore the open-close-open-close-open-close, I had to get out of bed to kick your butt accross the bathrrom turn you off, Thank You Very Much!

Okie-dokie! Get on over to see Kmama at The Daily Dribbles to get some free therapy!

I HATE waxing! I think I would much rather just pluck them one by one! The X-Men toy is Matts! But since Adlie cant break him Matt lets her have him.

Could I laugh any harder! I never realized it until now, but my hubby has 2 alarms too! The trash can thing is hilarious! Um, why is it that after waxing, it breaks out??? I never could figure that out. I do my own waxing :o)

LOL!! Great thank you's this week. I've never had my browS waxed. ;-) I'm afraid. My skin is soooo sensitive.

LOL at the darn trash can. That's hilarious.

Thanks for linking up!

Automatic trashcan? I've never heard of such a thing.

I too have kicked my husband to wake up. Although not when the alarm goes off, but when the dog is barking. 'Cause I sure as heck am not going outside to hollar at him. That's hubby's job! hahaha

Haha! I think it's hilarious when people need (or think they need) multiple alarms to make sure they get up. Not so hilarious for anyone else stuck in the room with them though. :)

My hubby is the same way. If his alarm doesn't wake me up, he insists on coming over to me and saying "Bye, I love you" until I wake up and respond. It's supposed to be nice, but it really makes me want to punch him in the face.

I have never heard of an automatic trash can either!! How funny!

I just pluck the brows, never waxed. I'm a big chicken!

So does this automatic trash can take it OUT too? Because that would totally rock.

I'm one of those dead-to-the-world sleepers so I have my cell phone AND an alarm clock to wake me up. I don't know why though - 5:00 and I'm wide awake. I think it's just a habit.

Thanks for the reminder. I just looked at my brows in the mirror and dug the old tweezers out of the bottom of my purse. Guess I know what I'll be doing the rest of the afternoon.

I would be so annoyed if my husband's alarm woke me up... usually he is good about turning it off quickly, let's just hope for his sake he keeps being good :)

LOL that is too funny about hubs needing two alarm clocks. That is so mine too. If it is not his alarm clock waking me up it is one of the kids:)

My eyebrows are in desperate need of some wax too. I have to wait until tomorrow after work because it takes my skin like 3 days to recover. I will be stuck in the house too. LOL

An automatic trash? Never heard of that. Sounds cool though.

Two alarms? Ugh.

Yeah, we had one of those psychotic automatic garbage cans.

Garbage cans and new walkers are NOT a good combination... our kiddo set that thing off every 30 seconds and dove in to search for buried treasure! UGH!

And I hear ya about the eyebrows - except that I'm the pain by plucking type. My sis teases me about how BLESSED I am with "un-sparse" brows - my mother always chided her and reminded her of Brooke Shields.
Until Brooke Shields waxed hers ;)
