Lily's Party

This has been Lily's week on the OC so I thought we would finish up with a few deets on her Birthday Party.
Homemade Birthday Banners

Leavin' the single digits behind! Showing off her frosting covered age.

Homemade table decorations. For the party, these were actually placed in sand pails filled with candy. I forgot to take pictures of them at the party and there is no longer any candy left to fill the pails!

We had fourteen 10-12 year olds join us for the celebration. Each girl got to decorate the first letter of her name with paper, ribbons and flowers. They also had to make their own Cake in a Mug. This was a fun/messy activity but the cake wasn't the most delicious (cooked in the microwave).

Four of Lily's friends spent the night and none of them had to sleep directly on the floor! Our boys got to spend the night at Grandma and Grandpa's so we used their beds, a blow-up mattress and Lily's mattress to give everyone a comfy bed to sleep on. There was not much sleep goin' on, but eventually, around 2am they enjoyed their beds!
